IMPRINT PRICES:
All prices include one-color, screen-printed imprint in one location only.

IMPRINT APPLICATION CONTROL:
All items are hand-screen printed. Variations occur from imprint to imprint for this reason. 100% opacity is not guaranteed when printing light colors on dark items.

IMPRINT COLOR MATCHING:
No charge on most items. Colors are matched as closely as possible based on the Pantone U colors. Exact color matching is not guaranteed. PMS Match charge on Neoprene Items: $50.00 (A).

MULTIPLE COLOR:
Must have an overlay for each color (separated to size); and each color must be in registration.

ARTWORK:
Our prices are based on receipt of camera-ready art to size. If artwork requires typesetting changes, touch-ups, enlargements, reductions, or does not meet our specifications, we reserve the right to modify artwork and charge accordingly.

Typeset Fee:
$50.00 (A) per item.

Artwork charge:
$100.00 (C) per hour. Will depend on graphic and what needs to be done.

CAMERA READY ARTWORK:
Professional black and white mechanicals and black materials on high gloss paper with clean, sharp edges make good camera-ready art.

Finished artwork must:

• Include all copy
• Be ready to photograph clean (no Scotch tape, staple marks, fingerprints, etc.)
• Need no further touch-up, design or rearranging before use
• Only black and white. No color or grays

For best results please follow the steps below for preferable file types:

• Please send PC Format and PC Disks only- We cannot open Mac files or
  disks.
• List all files being sent.
• Include all fonts used in artwork.
• Files sent in Corel Draw 11.0 or lower (.cdr) and Adobe Illustrator 9.0 (.ai or.eps) as editable vector images are the preferred file types.
• Convert all fonts to outlines, or include fonts in the image. We cannot use Mac fonts. There should be no half-tones, gradients, blends or screens. If the art is to be used for 1-color imprinting or multiple color imprinting, all colors should be converted to black appropriately.
• Do not send vectored artwork in color.
• Art Charge for converting all colors to Black on vectored artwork: $50.00 (A)
• Bitmap files are acceptable as long as the following parameters are followed:
  Must be sent as 1200 dpi file @ 100% size and compressed as a zip or stuffit file.
  Tiff or Jpeg images that are in color or if they contain any grayscale images are not acceptable. Absolute minimum resolution is 600 dpi when scanned in.

Black and white artwork only.

• Half-Tones: Please send as black and white camera ready artwork in a 45-line screen pattern. Must have a dot pattern. If sending as vectored art, the dot pattern must be created in the artwork. We cannot output half-tones in a 45-line screen. Art charges will be incurred for outputting half-toned artwork.
• Art charges will be assessed if vectored artwork is not in the appropriate format.
• Multiple color logos must be sent in separate files with registration marks on each file to size. Artwork must only be in Black and White.
• We cannot guarantee timely delivery of your order if graphics are sent in formats other than those listed above.

DELIVERY:
14-20 working days on imprinted items upon receipt of approved sample. 48 hours on non-imprinted items.

RUSH CHARGES:

2-3 Business day production: $125.00 (G).

5 Business day production: $100.00 (A).
* Please note: these are production time days. Does not include shipping time.
Special Delivery fees are the responsibility of the distributor.

SHIPPING METHOD:
F.O.B. Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Unless otherwise requested, all shipments will be shipped via Fed-X ground.

SAMPLES:
End quantity plus shipping cost. Usually ships within 24 hours.
Samples are Non-returnable and non-refundable.
Speculative sample or Pre-production proof charge: $125.00 (G).
Screen charges or art charges will apply.

OVERRUNS:
We reserve the right to ship over or under up to 10% of quantity ordered.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Standard: 30 days net from invoice date. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• A deposit may be required if ASI reports that credit terms are not satisfactory to our requirements. Payment in this case must be made prior to shipping any product. If pre-payment is delayed, the distributor is solely responsible for any special shipping charges incurred.
• On all delinquent accounts, the distributor will be held responsible for all legal fees or charges associated with securing payment. The end user will be liable for payment if the distributor does not remit payment.]
• A fee of 1% per month will be added to all late invoices.
• All credit cards will be assessed a late fee of 3% after 30 days.

CANCELLATIONS:
All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will not be accepted on any merchandise. Ordering samples is recommended for presentation of construction and material quality. GAR Industries will make no adjustment on any merchandise unless prior arrangements have been made with the distributor. Merchandise will be refused at distributor’s expense if entire shipment is returned without prior consent of GAR Industries.

ACCEPTANCE:
The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon arrival and shall, within 15 days of arrival, give written notice of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of the contract. If customer fails to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to conform with the terms of the contract in full. The customer expressly waives any rights to revoke acceptance after such 15-day period. Authorizations to return merchandise must be pre-obtained. Merchandise will be refused at distributor’s expense if entire shipment is returned without prior consent of GAR Industries. Sample must accompany any claim.

* Returns on Blank Imported Merchandise will be subject to a 35% re-stocking fee.

INDEMNIFICATION:
Customer warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold Best Golf/ Gar Industries harmless in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork.

DISCLAIMER POLICY:
Due to circumstances beyond our control Best Golf/ Gar Industries cannot guarantee continuity of exact color, size.

• Send the original sample for evaluation
• Send a faxed or e-mailed scale drawing of the items with the dimensions clearly shown.
