Imprint Application Control:
All items are hand-screen printed. Variations occur from imprint to imprint for this reason.
100% opacity is not guaranteed when printing light colors on dark items.
Imprint Color Matching:
No charge on most items. Colors are matched as closely as possible based on the Pantone U colors. Exact color matching is not guaranteed. PMS Match color on Neoprene items is $50.00 ( A )
Must be sent to size and with registration marks. Must have an overlay for each color.
Our prices are based on receipt of camera-ready artwork to size. If artwork requires typesetting changes, touch-ups, enlargements, reductions, or does not meet our specifications, we reserve the right to modify artwork and charge accordingly.

- Artwork Charge: $100.00 ( C ) per hour. Will depend on graphic and what needs to be done.
Camera Ready Artwork:
Professional black and white mechanicals on high gloss paper with clean, sharp edges make good camera ready artwork.
Finished artwork must:
- Include all copy
- Be ready to photograph clean(no Scotch tape, staple marks, fingerprints, etc.)
- Need no further touch-up, design or rearranging before use.
- Only black and white. No color or grays

Acceptance of Electronic Artwork may result in delays depending on file sent and system capability. For best results please follow the steps below for preferable file types:
- PC Format and PC disks only- we do not accept Macintosh files or disks.
- List all files being sent
- Include all fonts in artwork ( save as curves or outlines)
- Files sent in Corel Draw 11.0 or lower (.cdr) and Adobe Illustrator 9.0 (.ai or .eps) as editable vector images are the preferred file types.
- Do Not send Mac fonts.
- If art is to be used for 1 color imprinting- all colors should be converted to black appropriately
- Bitmap files that are acceptable are as follows: .tiff only.
- All .tiff files must be scanned in at 1200 dpi for maximum sharpness
- Bitmap files (.tiff) must be in black and white only
- Halftones must be sent as a percentage in the artwork.
- Normal output for halftones is 15 lpi.
- Art charges may be assessed if vectored artwork is not in the appropriate format.
- We cannot guarantee timely delivery of your order if graphics are sent in formats other than those listed above.
- 14-20 Business days after artwork approval to ship the order.

We reserve the right to ship over or under up to 10% of quantity ordered.
Standard: 30 days net from invoice date. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted.
- A deposit may be required if ASI reports that credit terms are not satisfactory to our requirements.
- Payment in this case must be made prior to shipping any product. If pre-payment is delayed, the order will also likely be delayed and the distributor is solely responsible for any special shipping charges incurred.
- On all delinquent accounts, the distributor will be held responsible for all legal fees or charges associated with securing payment. The end user will be liable for payment if the distributor does not remit payment.
- A fee of 1% per month will be added to all late invoices.
- All Credit cards will be assessed a late fee of 3% after 30 days.
All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will not be accepted on any merchandise. Ordering samples is recommended for presentation of construction and material quality. GAR Industries will make no adjustment on any merchandise unless prior arrangements have been made with the distributor. Merchandise will be refused at distributor’s expense if entire shipment is returned without prior consent of GAR Industries. Sample must accompany any claim.
The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon arrival and shall, within 15 days of arrival give written notice of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of the contract. If customer fails to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to conform with the terms of the contract in full. The customer expressly waives any rights to revoke acceptance after such 15 day period. Authorizations to return merchandise must be pre-obtained. Merchandise will be refused at distributor’s expense if entire shipment is returned without prior consent of GAR Industries. Sample must accompany any claim.
* Returns on Blank Imported Merchandise will be subject to a 35% re-stocking fee.
Customer warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold Best Golf/GAR Industries harmless in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork.
The logos seen in this catalog are not presumed to be an endorsement of our products. They are examples of the work we have done.
Due to circumstances beyond our control Best Golf/GAR Industries can not guarantee continuity of exact color, size, weight, texture or construction of finished goods.
- Less than minimum charge: $100.00 ( A ). (GAR/Best Golf reserves the right to refuse any less than minimum order.)
- Blank goods: $.25 ( C ) credit for no imprint on catalog items priced with an imprint.
- Bag Dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 3/4″.
- Fabric colors are not guaranteed color-fast.
- Fabric dye lots will vary in color. We cannot guarantee product color from order to order.
- GAR Industries fabric swatches are to be used as a guide only.
- All measurements are Height x Width x Gusset (depth).
